there was nothing left to be done.
first the Coca-Cola.
down it went.
sip by sip by sip.
then the Fanta.
because i couldn’t help
myself.
because somedays
{like today}
you just can’t resist.
and when those days come
{you should know they will}
be sure to cheers yourself to
the perfect summer day
and to
old bottles
filled with a
little something cold.
